Building a Community of Care
A Community of Care provides connections for Mums, Dads, babies and families and is especially important in the peri-natal, pregnancy and post-natal periods.
Looking after yourself and your baby and being connected to your family and community can help to maintain good mental health, and increase feelings of wellbeing, self-worth, and a sense of belonging.
We are seeking your feedback about what information you need to build your community of care, to have good mental health and find the right services and supports for you and your family.
